TS 2000 US/P

TS 2000 US/P is a computerized machine (with industrial PC) for vertical blinds production, that cuts, punches, folds and seals by ultrasonic and puts hanger automatically within an accuracy of +/- 0,1mm at a speed of well over 400 per hour. It will cold cut and punch uncoated fabrics such as Trevira CS with the same quality as coated fabrics. TS 2000 US/P is fitted with a charger for metallic bottom weights that are automatically welded in the bottom pocket to do the 3-sides bottom welding for the "FREE-HANGING SYSTEM (see pictures).
